I’m Manikanta Kodali, a passionate chef and entrepreneur whose journey in the culinary world began in 2018 in Hyderabad, where I founded my first restaurant serving authentic South Indian breakfast. After relocating to the United Kingdom with my wife, I handed over my family business to my parents and began rebuilding my career from the ground up. On 15th August 2023, I joined Colonel Saab as a kitchen porter, and within just a month, I was promoted to Chef de Partie in recognition of my skills, discipline, and passion for food.
Determined to master British cuisine, I later joined The Admiralty by Fuller's, located near Trafalgar Square in Central London. Starting as a Commis Chef, I embraced the challenge of learning an entirely new cuisine from scratch. Through dedication and hard work, I was promoted to Sous Chef within a year — a milestone that shaped my confidence and leadership in the kitchen.
Today, through MK’s Fusion, I proudly present both authentic Indian cuisine and classic British dishes — each prepared with respect for tradition, quality ingredients, and professional excellence. My goal is simple: to deliver genuine flavours and memorable dining experiences, whether you choose Indian or British from our kitchen.
